Suite Residences

• Surrounded by evergreens, the one-level Fargo community offers four homes with 15 suites each. Two homes are devoted to traditional assisted living, one to enhanced care, the other to memory care.
  
  
• Each home has 15 suites located in one of three separate areas. Our suites range in size from 140 square feet to 200 square feet.
  
  
• Each of our suites features wall-to-wall carpeting, private bath with a shower unit, closet space and telephone hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.
  
  
• The monthly price you pay for assisted living, depending on suite size, includes three meals a day and all utilities except phone and cable, weekly housekeeping and laundry, scheduled transportation to shopping and events, wellness checks and 24 hour comfort checks.
  
  
• We offer for an additional fee a full range of optional health care services designed to meet a person's individual needs.

Enhanced Care and Memory Care

• Enhanced care suites provide a higher level of assistance for around-the-clock continuous personal care. We create a personalized health care service plan that is inclusive of licensed nurse visits, personal care assistance, escorts to meals, comfort checks, medication management and other activities. Memory care suites offer the same all-inclusive services as enhanced care suites.

Social, Leisure and Spiritual Choices

• The Evergreens of Fargo features a large community room with a large fireplace in an atrium. It is used for a variety of social events, including birthday parties, theatrical performances and concerts.
  
  
• You don't have to leave The Evergreens to get a beauty treatment or haircut at our on-site salon for men and women
  
  
• The Evergreens features spiritual services of multiple denominations led by local faith leaders.
  
  
• Residents at The Evergreens enjoy a wide variety of off-site events and activities as well as transportation to them.

• Don't want to shovel snow? Don't worry. We provide all maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.
