Memory Care

For those living with Alzheimer's or other form of dementia, our memory care suites are designed to empower and meet each individual's needs.  Our comforting, secure environment promotes independence and encourages social, spiritual and community engagement. Our focus is to honor each individual for the special person he or she is.

Ecumen Evergreens nurses consult with residents and their families to design customized care plans, ensuring the right care at the right level.  We also provide ongoing assessments to assure safety, security and peace of mind.  Memory Care services include:

• Medication administration and management
• Nutritional support
• Comfort checks around the clock
• Dressing and grooming support
• Personal hygiene assistance

Respite Care

When you need us, we're here.  Respite care at Ecumen Evergreens is ideal for individuals who need temporary assistance while recovering from illness or injury. It's also helpful for caregivers who may need assistance from time to time or who plan to be away for a while. We offer fully furnished private suites and provide three meals per day plus snacks, housekeeping, laundry and social activities -- all included within an affordable daily rate.

Additional personal support and health care services are available on an a la carte basis.
